Collaboration, sustainability, and digitalization are the words we had in mind when looking for new premises in Stockholm. Our goals for the move? To bring all the TSS staff together under one roof, find new ways of working, and create an office design that promotes sustainability.
For pharma by pharma
The new site had to be centrally located and make commuting easy, while providing a collaborative and digital-friendly environment for our work. Moving to Stockholm’s new life science cluster in Hagastaden is a conscious choice for us, bringing TSS closer to some of our current and future clients, and facilitating collaboration between stakeholders in healthcare.
Transforming the way, we work
An important part of the plan for our relocation was to find new ways of working, with a workplace that helps boost collaboration between departments while taking individual preferences into account. Our new activity-based working environment is designed to:
- offer a flexible environment that promotes collaboration and creativity
- increase productivity and utilization of resources, especially in a digital world
- empower individuals to choose their own workspace and working rhythm
We believe that with the right office design, work processes and digital support tools, we lay strong foundations for the future growth of TSS while living by our core values.
Covid-19: the new normal
We moved into our new offices in January 2020 and got to enjoy them for a couple of months. Since mid-March most of us are working from home due to the Covid-19 outbreak and are happily realizing that our processes and tools also support this way of working very well. We have taken the situation seriously and have taken several actions to support the national and international efforts to even out the spread over time and protect risk groups in the community.
